Sucker Punch was...something. Visually, the graphics are total amazing-ness but the storyline just ruffle the feathers of the feminist in me a little too much. It does not help that I can't comprehend how each of the alternate reality tie in together, much like Inception with all the 'layers'.
I mean, how did it go from mental asylum to prostitution ring where girls have individual dancing routines that help the customers pick which girl he wants> various battle fields?
Anyone filled with testosterone aka guys would probably enjoy the movie as well as computer gamers although there are no... erm... 'sexy' scenes which pretty much kept me from totally tearing it to pieces. Maybe I'm biased so don't let my little review influence you, best is to watch it yourself.
Anyway, have resumed writing my fanfiction again. Totally missed the 'rush' I felt whenever I write and the happiness (like jumping-hopping-hype-joy) when I finished a chapter. Though, I've only written the plot up till chapter 9 but hey, ideas pop up everyday so I am optimistic!
