I've always wanted to learn how to play the guitar. I have the guitar, bought back when I was 17 years old with my two guitar experts friends at the nearby guitar store. Apparently, my arm length was so short that there was only the option of getting the shortest and smallest guitar in the whole store and I still had a lil discomfort when I do try to play.
Unfortunately, with a series of unpleasant chain of events happening that the guitar lessons from my friends were cut short thus the guitar was left to gather dust in the furthest corner in my room.
There were times where I would occasionally unzip the guitar protector bag thingie and try to play according to those handy youtube videos but with time constrain and that lil thing called life, the guitar was left all alone again.
Except during the times when a couple of ex boyfriends took interest in it and played the guitar (the other one tried to but he haven't known a thing about chords and all that so he ended up making random and unpleasant screeching noises. I simply took the guitar from his hands and said enough. However, I saw in the status updates a while back that his current gf has gotten him a guitar for his birthday so maybe he now knows how to play *shrugs shoulders*)
Right now, the guitar is with one of my lil brother's friends so I haven't seen a peek of it in recent months but no, I ain't giving him. Too sentimental; after all, it took me all of my high school years to convince my mom that I am serious about learning to play the guitar and she finally gotten it during my 17th birthday. Still haven't but I haven't lost my interest.
So, my lil side project for the next three weeks would be learning to play a song. After I managed to track down the guy and demand my guitar back, of course.
