Domestic goddess, I am not and my mom has been telling me to learn how to cook so that if I was to live alone, I could whip up something other than maggi mee and fried eggs. I totally agree but the fact that my mom ain't much of a cook herself and that I prefer to bake (this interest was cultivated during the distant years where during CNY, my aunt and all my cousins would help out to bake cookies and cakes. Baking = Fun in my mind)

So in the spirit of attempting to be in touch with my inner Domestic Goddess, I'll be trying out this recipe! Apparently it is easy to do plus it is ice-cream. & who doesn't like ice-cream?
